We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging. A proof of purchase is required.

How to Request a Return

When requesting a return, we may ask you to provide:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase
  • Clear photos of the item showing its condition
  • Photos of original tags and packaging
  • Photos or videos of any damage or defect (if applicable)

This information helps us verify eligibility and process returns fairly.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide:

  • The return address
  • Instructions on how and where to send your item

❗ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue appropriately.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalised items
  • Items showing signs of wear, use, washing, or damage

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return your original purchase (subject to approval) and place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • With original tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time is within 10 business days

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
